1. Seek accommodations in downtown Lima if you want to enjoy the luxury of being within walking distance of stunning colonial architecture. But be prepared to spend lots of money. Four- and five-star hotels here can cost you a couple of hundred dollars a night. 3. Stay at luxury accommodations with scenic ocean views on the west side of town. Here, the shopping is very upscale, as well as the dining options. You will also find the most expensive prices, upwards of $300 a night or more, for five-star options.
4. Discover local luxury at mansions and homes that have been converted into bed and breakfast accommodations. Prices here can be half that of local hotels and you will experience true Peruvian food, culture and hospitality.
