How to Create a DVD in iTunes

Things You'll Need

• Computer
• iTunes account
• Blank DVD

Instructions

1. Start your iTunes program and insert a blank DVD into your computer's DVD writeable drive. In order to burn a DVD, you must have a drive that supports that format of media.

2. Select the DVD option on the main iTunes user interface. This will bring up the DVD creation page. Remember you cannot create video DVDs in iTunes, only data DVDs.

3. Create a playlist containing the video files you want on the DVD. To create a new playlist, click the File Menu and then click New Playlist.

4. Highlight the playlist once it is created by clicking it. This ensures that any actions you take in the program will affect the correct files.

5. Click the Burn Disc button. This will begin the file copying process. It may take a few minutes for this part to complete itself.

6. Eject the disc when the burning process is complete. You will now be able to enjoy your DVD on any player that supports your file types.
