How to Set a Preset Radio Station on Your iRiver Clix MP3 Player

Having an MP3 player that also lets you listen to the radio is an added bonus. However, radio frequencies can be touchy and you often end up spending more time trying to tune into a station instead of actually listening to music. With the iRiver Clix MP3 player, you can preset all of your favorite stations for easy listening. Follow these steps to set a preset radio station on your iRiver Clix MP3 player:

1. Select FM Radio. From the Main Menu, select the icon labeled FM Radio.

2. Search the channels. To manually search the channels, click the Up button to increase the frequency. Use the Down button to decrease the frequency.

3. Scan the stations. To scan available frequencies, select and hold either the Up or Down buttons. The Up button will take you to the next available frequency and the Down button will take you to the previously available frequency.

4. Save the frequency. Once you find the channel you are looking for, click on the Right button to save that channel as a preset radio station.

5. Add more presets. Continue following these steps to add up to 20 preset channels. All preset channels will be noted by a small dot on the frequency bar.

6. Scan your presets. To scan your preset radio stations select the Up or Down button.

Tips & Warnings

• While searching for a frequency, click and hold the Right button and you will return to the FM Radio Main Menu.
• To delete a preset frequency, click the Right button while listening to the preset channel.
• The FM features of your iRiver Clix MP3 player are disabled when the player is in the cradle.
