1. Turn on your Archos MP3 player and use your keypad to select "Setup." Push the center button on your Archos keypad to highlight "Display" on the Setup menu.
2. Use the keypad to scroll though the languages on the Display Menu. Push the center button on your keypad to choose one.
   
3. Scroll down the menu to the "Brightness" options. Press the right arrow on your keypad to increase the screen's brightness, or press the left arrow to dim the screen.
