How to Add Content to the Library on Your iRiver Clix MP3

Now that you have your iRiver MP3 player, follow these instructions to stock the library on the player with content.

• Computer

Instructions

1. Read the owner's manual to make sure everything goes smoothly.

2. To buy music online, set up an account with an online company. Make sure their music files are compatible with your player. Research before committing.

3. If you have CDs you want to convert to MP3s, just use Windows Media player to rip them into the computer.

4. Turn on your player, and then turn on your computer. Log on and view your home screen.

5. Using the cords that come that come with the iRiver MP3, hook up your player to your computer. Consult the instructions that come with the player.

6. Open Windows Media player on your computer and click the "Sync" tab. When you see your player, click and drag the music you want to add into it.

Tips & Warnings

• The first time you plug your player into your computer, decide if you want automatic or manual sync. If you choose automatic, it will automatically synchronize whenever you plug it in.

• Keep your music files organized in one folder on your computer.

• Back up your music collection in case you lose information on your player or computer.
