How to Play a Specific Track on a Rio Karma MP3 Player

With the Rio Karma MP3 player, you can play single tracks, which makes it easy to play your favorite tune or find and play a track when the mood strikes. Follow these steps to play a specific track on a Rio Karma MP3 player.

Things You'll Need:

  • Owner's manual
  • Rio Karma MP3 player
  1. Step 1

    Turn on the power of the Rio Karma MP3 player. The "Power" button is located on the top left of the player when the screen is facing you. Wait for the player to initialize.

  2. Step 2

    Go to the Menu screen of the player. Press the "Menu" button, located just above the left side of the screen.

  3. Step 3

    Navigate to the Play Music screen. This can be done in one of two ways. You can either select "Play Music" from the Menu by pressing the Rio Stick (located in the center of the button cluster above the screen). Or press and hold the "Menu" button.

  4. Step 4

    Select the Track option by highlighting "Track" and selecting it. From here you will be directed to the alphabet screen.

  5. Step 5

    Highlight the first letter of the track from the alphabet and select it by pressing the Rio Stick. This will bring up all track titles that begin with that letter.

  6. Step 6

    Highlight the track you want to hear and select it by pressing the Rio Stick. If you want to play all the tracks, select "Play All Tracks."

Tips & Warnings
  • In the Categories menu, you can also choose "Artists," "Albums" or "Genres" to find the song you are looking for.
  • If you can't find the song but you know the artist or album the track is on, choose "Artist" or "Album" to help your search.
