1. Turn on your Creative Zen MP3 Player. This should bring up the Main Menu.
2. Select the icon labeled "Microphone."
3. Use the "Play/Pause" button to begin and stop recording. The recorded file will automatically be saved to your Creative Zen’s hard drive. You can use this function to leave yourself an audible note or reminder.
4. Record FM radio transmissions by pressing the "Options" button while listening to a radio broadcast, then selecting the "Record Radio" option.
