Attaching a Small Finder Scope

1. Locate the finder scope optical assembly near the rear of your telescope.
2. Remove the thumbscrews situated at the end of the main body of the telescope.
3. Place the finder scope bracket over the position of the screws on the telescope.
4. Replace the thumbscrews at their position. This will secure the finder scope in its place.

Attaching a Large Finder Scope

5. Find the finder scope bracket at the rear end of your telescope.
6. Remove the rubber o-ring attached to the finder scope bracket.
7. Place the ring into the groove on the finder scope tube.
8. Slide the finder scope into the rectangular slot provided.
9. Tighten the thumbscrews to fix the assembly.
