How to Mount the JVC PnP Unit into the JVC KS-SB200 Boombox for Sirius Satellite Radio

Love your Sirius but hate being stuck in the house or car to listen to it? With the JVC KS-SB2000 Boombox, you're stuck no more. Now you can take your Sirius with you wherever you go. Just plug your JVC KT-SR2000 Plug and Play (PnP) Sirius Receiver into the boom box and you can take all your favorite digital radio channels with you.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • JVC KS-SB2000 Boombox for the JVC PnP Sirius Satellite Receiver
  • JVC KT-SR2000 Plug n Play Sirius Satellite Radio Receiver
  1. Step 1

    Turn off power to both the boombox and the PnP receiver.

  2. Step 2

    Press the "Push" button located on the top of the boombox. This will open the dock door so that you can put the PnP receiver into the bay.

  3. Step 3

    Holding the Sirius Receiver with the tuning buttons facing out, slide the receiver down into the dock.

  4. Step 4

    Press receiver firmly into place.

  5. Step 5

    Close the dock door.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure that the power is turned off to both boombox and receiver before connecting or disconnecting the PnP receiver unit or you might damage the electrical circuits.
  • Do not close the ventilation slits on the boombox. They provide necessary cooling and prevent damage to the unit.
