Take your listening experience to a whole different level with a Sony SRF-M85V S2 Armband Walkman. When you preset your favorite stations, you can listen with a touch of a button and without having to adjust the reception each time. Here is how you do it.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Be certain your headphones are plugged into the headphone jack.

  2. Step 2

Press the "Power" button and turn the radio on. The sign "Radio on" should display.

  3. Step 3

If the preset function is on, indicated by a "P," push the "Mode" button until the "P" goes away.

  4. Step 4

You should now be in manual mode. Select the band of your choice, by pressing "Band." With each push, you will move through the available bands. The bands will show as follows: AM, FM, TV, WEATHER.

  5. Step 5

Next, push "Tune/Time Set." Use the "+" or "-" to move between frequencies. Once you have the correct frequency, you will hear the broadcast clearly.

  6. Step 6

Press the "Enter" button until the preset number starts flashing.

  7. Step 7

Go to the "Tune/Time Set" mode and press "+" or "-" until you reach the number of the radio station you would like to have preset.

  8. Step 8

Push "Enter" and set the number as a preset number.

Tips & Warnings
  • If there is a 65 second delay in pushing the "Tune/Time Set" button, the preset tuning mode will cancel and you will have to begin again.
  • The lower the volume, the lower the risk of damage to your ear.
  • Be mindful of traffic while using your Sony SRF-M85V S2 Armband Walkman.
