        Take a look at the Audio/Video cable. One end has 2 connectors, a yellow video cable connector and a black audio cable connector. The other end has 3 connectors, a yellow video connector and red and white audio connectors.

        Grab the end with 2 connectors and plug in the yellow connector to the video jack on the right-hand side of the Panasonic DVD-LV57 portable DVD player. Plug the black audio connector to the audio output jack.

        Press the In/Out switch so that it is set to output. Now the DVD playing in the Panasonic DVD-LV57 portable DVD player will be sent through the cable to your television. The In/Out switch is located on the right-hand side of the DVD player.

        Take the end of the cable with 3 connectors and match them to the inputs on the back panel of your television. Red goes to the right stereo input, white goes to the left stereo input and yellow goes to the video input.
