How to Search for a Track on a CD with the Sony DVP-NC615 CD/DVD Player

Your Sony device will allow you to search for a track on a CD that is in the machine. Tracks are given numbers on the disc, so you can choose one by entering the correct number.

Things You'll Need:

• Sony DVP-NC615 CD/DVD Player
• CD

1. Select "Search" on your remote. You will see two dashes and then numbers in parentheses. The numbers indicate the total number of titles on the disc currently in the machine.
   
   

2. Select "Search Mode" in order to search by track.
   

3. Use the number buttons to select the track you want to hear.
   

4. Press "Clear" and then select the correct number if you hit the wrong number button.
   

5. Select "Enter" on your remote to start playback.
   
   

Tips & Warnings

• Only use the AC power adapter that came with your Sony CD/DVD player.
• If you experience interference with your radio or television while the Sony is plugged in, move it away from the radio or television.
• Unplug your Sony CD/DVD player if you will not be using the device for an extended period of time
• In order to avoid a shock or a fire, do not expose any electronic device to moisture.
• Only a qualified technician should open the cabinet on your CD/DVD player. If you open it yourself, you run the risk of getting an electrical shock or permanently harming your eyes with the laser beam.
