How to Connect the Audio Cords of the Sony DVP-NC615 CD/DVD Player

Connecting the audio cords of your Sony to your television is a fairly straightforward process. By following this process, you will be using your television's speakers for sound. Follow these steps and you will be finished in no time.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

1. On the back of the CD/DVD player, locate the "Line Out" area that will be the second from the left.
2. Find the audio/video cord that accompanied your Sony.
3. Take the white plug from the cord and plug it into the middle jack in the "Line Out" section you located in Step 1.
4. Take the red plug from the cord and plug it into the left-hand jack in the Line Out section.
5. Take the other white plug from the cord and plug it into the television's audio input area.
6. Take the other red plug from the cord and plug it into the television's audio input area.
7. You will not use either of the yellow plugs on the cord. They are for video signals.

Tips & Warnings

• Only use the AC power adapter that came with your Sony.
• If you experience interference with your radio or television while the Sony is plugged in, move the Sony away from the radio or television.
