In an Access 2003 datasheet, the fonts and font sizes are the same for the entire document. Access uses Arial as the default font for all of its entries. Follow these simple steps if you are changing the font in an existing Access 2003 datasheet. If you are creating a new datasheet, skip to Step 3.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Computer with Access 2003
Step1
Open the Access 2003 program. From the “File” drop down menu, select “Open.”
Step2
Select the datasheet that you are currently working on. Now, choose “Format” from the top toolbar. It is the fifth selection across.
Step3
Select “Font” to display the “Font” dialog box. This gives you all of the possible changes that you could make to the font. You may have to scroll to see all available fonts.
Step4
Pick the font, font style, and the font size that you want for your datasheet. You are able to preview your text in the “Sample” box in the lower right corner of the dialog box.
Step5
Once you have selected the look of your font, click on the “OK” button to return to your datasheet.

Tips & Warnings

  • Changing colors of the data is also available. The color would be uniform for the whole datasheet.
