      Open PowerPoint 2003: Click the "Start" button on the bottom left of your screen, choose "All Programs" and from this list choose "PowerPoint 2003."

      Open your presentation: Click "File" at the top of your screen and choose "Open."

      Go to the first slide in your PowerPoint presentation. Click on the Slide Show menu at the top of the screen, and select "Actions Buttons" from the drop-down menu. Click the first button in the third row.

      Draw a rectangle with your mouse. After drawing the rectangle, release the mouse button to create a button.

      Right-click on the button and choose "Actions Settings" from the menu that appears. A new box will appear.

      Make sure the Mouse Tab is selected. Click the radio button next to Hyperlink To, then choose "Slide" from the drop-down menu.

      Click on the Summary Slide's title and click on the "OK" button to save the changes made.

      Click the new button to test it out. Now, go to the first slide and copy the new button. Paste the new button in every slide listed in the Summary Slide.
