My eBay is an option made available to eBay members. It is an important feature for several reasons. It allows you to keep track of the items that you have viewed and saved and of the auctions you have won. From the information stored in your eBay history, you can find similar items based on your previous purchases.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Internet access
  • Computer

Step1
Visit eBay. The top of the homepage will have a “My eBay” button. Click it.
Step2
Once opened, your My eBay page will show you a list of all of the items that you asked it to “Watch.” To view one of these auctions, simply click on its link and you will be taken to that page.
Step3
Use My eBay to track items and sellers. To the right of the auction links listed in your My eBay page, you will see a button that says “Bid Now.” Click the blue arrow to the right of this button and you will see a list of links to similar items, items from the same seller, and to related eBay Stores.
Step4
Use “My Summary.” My eBay will keep track of all auctions that you are currently involved in. This allows you to check up on and manage all of your auctions from one page.
Step5
Use My eBay to communicate better. My eBay serves as a hub for all messages sent to you from buyers and sellers. This makes the communication process between you and your customers/sellers more efficient.
Step6
Save your favorites. Throughout your history of eBay usage you may have saved favorite searches, seller names and eBay Stores. Any favorite category or result that you have saved may be accessed and managed with My eBay.
