1. Search online for "Valentine's Day images." You'll find great pictures you can print and cut out to decorate your card.

3. Assemble your crafting materials—construction paper, glue and tape, scissors, glitter, scraps of fabric and lace, tissue paper, photos and anything else you think of.
4. Choose a card shape—perhaps a flower, butterfly or heart.
5. Decorate your card with the materials you’ve gathered. Choose any layout that appeals to you.
6. Write a message on your card.
7. Find an envelope and mail the card or attach it to a Valentine's gift.
