How to Make Super Bowl Party Invitations

Send eCard Invitations

Navigate to a free eCard invitation site such as eVite.

Pick the theme for your invitation and follow the onscreen directions to create and email your eCards.

Recipients RSVP to the site, which will keep track of who's coming and who's not.

Find themed invitations you can download and print, such as those at the Epson Web site listed in Resources below. Select "Learn & Create," click on "Craft Projects" then "Greeting Cards\Invitations."

Cut out football-shirt shapes in construction paper in team colors, then write numbers of your favorite players on each. Write party details on the back and mail them off.

Make pennants in team colors for invitations. Cut out triangle shapes on construction paper and write party details on them. Make extras for the party and attach drinking straws to look like real pennants.

If you'd rather have your printer print the details, set up a page so that there's enough room to cut out your chosen Super Bowl party invitation shape when the page prints. Then load colored paper on your printer.

Get envelopes that are large enough to hold the invitations without folding them.
Add some fun by numbering the invitations you send out and holding a raffle at the party-the prizes don't need to be fancy.
