PowerPoint lets you edit presentations with ease. Vary the font in your presentation to make words stand out by following the steps below.

Things You’ll Need:

  • PowerPoint 2003
  • Computer

Step1
Open PowerPoint, then open the project that you wish to work on.
Step2
Click on the slide you wish to edit in the "Slide" window located on the left side of the screen.
Step3
Select the text you want to change by clicking on the placeholder where the text is located or by clicking and dragging the mouse over any words you want to change.
Step4
Choose "Format" from the toolbar at the top of the screen, then "Font."
Step5
Select the font that you wish to use for the text.
Step6
Save your project.

Tips & Warnings

  • Use the "Slide Master" tool to edit text on all slides at once.
  • Check the spelling on all of your slides.
