How to Adjust the Dynamike on a Cobra 148 GTL

The Dynamike on your Cobra is responsible for adjusting the microphone gain in PA and transmit modes. Once adjusted, full talk power will be achieved several inches from the microphone. If you are in the PA mode, the control will be the volume control. Follow these steps to learn how to properly adjust the Dynamike on a Cobra 148 GTL.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
When you first begin to use your CB radio, turn the Dynamike knob on the front of the device clockwise. This will give you the highest possible voice volume.
Step2
Turn the knob counterclockwise to reduce the Dynamike's volume when necessary.
