Take note of dark spots in the room that may need to be illuminated. For example, if you shave in the shower, you will want an overhead light so that you can see what you are doing, thereby increasing safety.
Step3
Task lighting is important in a bathroom, especially if you ready yourself in the morning alongside your spouse. For example, you will want task lighting at the mirror so that you can see clearly when you are applying makeup or shaving. Often, scones can serve this function with style.
Step4
You will want overhead light to be bright in a bathroom.
Step5
Ceiling fans are not recommended for bathrooms. However, consider an overhead light fixture that is both bright and includes an exhaust fan.
Step6
