Click on your "Start" menu and click on "Active Apple Software Update."

A box will open containing update options. Look for an "iTunes Update."

I always get an update warning for I-Tunes. It is always checked for download. I only use I tune to listen to music on my pc. I have no sophisticated hardware, Ipods, moblie, whatever. Do I need to update and if I don't will I have a problem just listening to the music?
