Create and save a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file. The file must be saved on your hard drive in order or you to fax it using an online fax provider.

Perform an Internet search for an appropriate Internet fax provider. Look at the system requirements, price and number of faxes allowed in each program before downloading or using them.

Download and install the appropriate Internet fax provider to begin using your Internet fax account.

Open Microsoft Excel. Click "File," "Open," and locate the spreadsheet you wish to send using your Internet fax account.

Click "File," then point to "Send To." From the drop list, select "Recipient using Internet Fax account," then follow the onscreen prompts to enter contact information.

Alternatively (and depending on the Internet fax program you choose) you can open the Internet fax program without opening Excel and add your spreadsheet as an attachment to the fax (as you would in email).
