The time stamp function on the Celestron VistaPix binocular and digital camera combination prints the current time and date in the corner of any photo you take, for easy organization and reference. You can turn off this function to take unmarked photos.

Things You’ll Need:

  • Celestron VistaPix 8 x 32mm binocular and digital camera

Step1
Turn on your Celestron VistaPix by holding down the “Power” button until you hear two beeps.
Step2
Press the “Menu” button.
Step3
Use the arrow keys to scroll to the "Setting" option. Press "Shutter/OK."
Step4
Scroll to the “Time Stamp” option and press "Shutter/OK."
Step5
Use the arrow keys to select "ON." Press "Shutter/OK" to confirm setting.

Tips & Warnings

  • Alternatively, you can mark a date as soon as you print photos or upload them to a dated file on your computer.
  • Set the correct date and time on your Celestron VistaPix before using the time stamp.
