How to View a Podcast RSS Feed in Google

A feed will allow you to stay current with new content from podcasts you choose by adding the URL of the feed to your Google home page. The podcast RSS feed can be someone else's or your own.

Instructions

Step1
Log in.
Step2
Go to homepage.
Step3
Click on "Add stuff".
Step4
Click on "Add by URL" located at the top of the page next to the gray "Search Homepage Content" button.

Enter the URL of your podcast in the text field provided or...

Click on the "Information for Feed Owners" link and follow the directions.

Tips & Warnings

  • Adding an "Add to Google" button to your website will help promote the feed.
  • The "Add to Google" button makes it easy for people to find your feed.
  • Most blog hosting services make it easy to create a feed. Check those sites' help content for more information.
  • Google supports Atom (0.3 and 1.0) and RSS (0.91, 0.92, 1.0, and 2.0).
