This article will tell you how to heelflip on a skateboard.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • In order to heelflip, you must know how to ollie, and a little experience in the kickflip would be an advantage.
  1. Step 1

Place you back foot flat across the tail, and your front foot in the middle of the board, But let your toes hang off the front edge of the skateboard alittle bit.

  2. Step 2

Pop the board like in an ollie, but this time you wanna kick the heel of your front foot outwards, or in other words, forward. This will cause the board to spin under you.

  3. Step 3

Pull your back foot up and kick your front foot out in front of you after you have kicked the board with your heel. This is how you get your feet out of the way.

  4. Step 4

Let the board do a full spin under you, Then when the grip tape appears up, plant your back foot on the bolts, and let it stick to the board, then plant your front foot on the front bolts.

  5. Step 5

Bend your knees to absorb the shock, and land and roll away.

Tips & Warnings
  • This trick is alittle harder to learn then the kickflip, and, when you flick the board with your heel, the board spins the opposite way then the kickflip.
