How to Unpublish a Blog Post in Wordpress

Ever have second thoughts about something that you posted to your blog? Want to remove an entry? Here's how you do it.

Instructions

1. Log into your Wordpress blog and go to your dashboard.

2. Select Manage, then Posts.

3. Find the title of the post that you want to delete.

4. Click on the word Delete at the end of the row.

5. Select okay in the confirmation box to delete the post.

Tips & Warnings

• Save a backup of the post to your hard drive or on a disk just in case you want it at another point in time.
