How to Track Travel Plans in Yahoo MyTravel

Yahoo MyTravel allows you to create your own travel profile and keep track of your travel plans. Once your plans are made, you can stay organized and remember what tasks you still need to complete before heading off on your trip. Here's how to keep track of your travel plans on Yahoo MyTravel.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Log onto Yahoo's travel Web site (see below).

  2. Step 2

    At the top right hand corner of the home page, click on My Travel.

  3. Step 3

    Sign in.

  4. Step 4

    Look for the small area on the right-hand side of the screen labeled Reservations.

  5. Step 5

    Click Flight, hotel, car reservations.

  6. Step 6

    You will now be directed to your trip information where you can review and update it.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can also use your MyTravel account to find deals, fares, newsletters and destination alerts.
  • You may want to write down your ID and password for your account in a secure location in case you forget it.
  • Track your plans often to make sure you do not need to make any changes.
  • Don't forget your passport if you are traveling out of the country.
  • Even small children need passports and a letter of permission from the other legal guardian if he/she is not present.
  • Give a copy of your travel itinerary to someone at home in case you need to be contacted in an emergency.
