How to Set the Sound Equalizer on Your SanDisk Sansa Player

Setting the sound equalizer on your SanDisk Sansa player changes the bass and treble settings, thereby changing the inherent quality of the sound of the music.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    In your Playback mode, select the blue Submenu button on the screen.

  2. Step 2

    Scroll down the Submenu to Music EQ.

  3. Step 3

    Using the right and left arrows, select the EQ mode you wish to use.

  4. Step 4

    Press the back button to return to the music menu.

Tips & Warnings
  • Many Sansa devices have multiple modes preset.
  • Setting the equalizer is a matter of personal preference, so play around with it until you achieve the sound you most enjoy.
