Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Game Boy micro
  1. Step 1

Review your owner's manual for your Game Boy micro. Look in the table of contents for any information about how to care for your Game Boy. Any information about how to properly travel with your micro should be included in this section.

  2. Step 2

Consider weather conditions before traveling with your micro. Keep your Game Boy away from extremely hot or cold weather conditions.

  3. Step 3

Avoid direct sunlight. Any overexposure to sunlight will damage your micro screen or other parts of your micro. Like extreme weather conditions, direct sunlight can have bad effects.

  4. Step 4

Consider where you want to store your Game Boy micro when it is not in use. Make sure it is away from direct sunlight, extreme heat or cold.

  5. Step 5

Protect the outside of your micro when traveling. Consider purchasing a holder case from Nintendo or any other manufacturer that supplies these cases. This can keep your micro from getting scratched or dirty.

Tips & Warnings
  • Always make sure your battery is fully charged. If traveling for over 10 hours, bring your charger.
  • Do not lose your GBM adapter, because Game Boy Advance adapters are not compatible.
  • Remember that one drawback of the Game Boy micro is that they are not compatible with the Game Boy Advance SP's.
