Things You’ll Need:
- Computer with Internet access
- Skype account
Step1
Click "Start" from Windows.

Click "Programs" or "All Programs," depending on your Windows version, or "Applications" if you're on a Mac.

Click "Skype" again, or "Run Skype," depending on the version of Skype you are using.
Step5
Click on the "History" tab. This tab will appear in the middle of your Skype window and contains an icon of a book. You’ll notice it is the tab furthest to the right.

Click "View" from the menu along the top of your Skype window, then select "View Addressbar." This should trigger the appearance of a bar along the bottom of your Skype window. If the bar disappears when you do this, click "View" then "View Addressbar" again.
Step7
View the history of outgoing calls you’ve made using Skype by clicking the magnifying glass in the bar along the bottom of your Skype window. After the menu appears, click the blue arrow next to the menu item "Outgoing Calls." Notice the magnifying glass has been replaced with the blue arrow.

View the history of incoming calls you’ve answered by clicking the icon next to "Search History," then select the green arrow next to "Incoming Calls."
Step9
View calls you have missed by clicking the red menu icon that appears next to the menu item "Missed Calls."
Step10
View voicemails received by clicking the icon next to "Search History." Then click the gray-and-white tape icon next to the menu selection "Voicemails."
Step11
View all calls you’ve made, received and missed by choosing the double-arrow icon. This is the "All Calls" menu item.
Step12
Notice that the date, time and duration of all calls are listed directly below either the contact name or the telephone number.
Step13
Revert to the default setting by choosing "All Events," which appears next to the book icon.
