How to Adjust the Brightness of a Picture in Yahoo! Photos

Adjust a photo’s brightness to make your pictures look both beautiful and professional. You will love what you can do with the Yahoo! photo-enhancement tool!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Yahoo! account
  • Image files in .jpeg or .jpg format to upload and edit
  • Computer with Internet access
  1. Step 1

    Visit Yahoo! Photos.

  2. Step 2

    Use your Yahoo! ID to sign in. If you do not already have a Yahoo! ID, then you need to register for one.

  3. Step 3

    Choose the album that you want to edit by clicking on it.

  4. Step 4

    Select the photo that you want to enhance by checking the corresponding box and clicking Edit. Select “Rotate, Borders, and More.”

  5. Step 5

    Select the brightness effect and follow the directions provided.

  6. Step 6

    Don’t forget to click "Save" when you are done!

Tips & Warnings
  • Show your album to all of your friends and bookmark theirs to keep in touch.
  • Don’t ever put “private” pictures online unless you have marked them private in your album. People can search for your album by your name or the album’s name and might accidentally run across pictures that you didn’t want to share!
