Tips & Warnings
  • After your upload finishes, click the "Continue" button to add names, descriptions and tags for the photos. This is optional, but it makes organizing and locating photos easier.
  • When uploading photos with the Easy Upload Tool, use the "Faster Upload" option to increase upload speed. You should choose this if you have a slow Internet connection or a many photos to upload in a single session. Note that your larger photos will be reduced in size if you use this feature and that the feature is only available on the Internet Explorer web browser.
  • Yahoo! Photos only allows you to upload image files with the .jpeg or .jpg extension. If files are not jpg you will get an error message: "Upload Incomplete: No files were uploaded." To convert images to jpg, open in a photo editor such as MS Paint or Adobe Essentials, and save as a jpg file.
