How to Select a Song to Play on the Archos Gmini MP3 Player

To play any songs you have downloaded to your Archos MP3 player, you need only press two buttons. Follow these steps to find a specific song to play on the device:

Things You'll Need:

  • joystick
  • Archos MP3 player
  1. Step 1

    Power up your Archos Gmini MP3 player.

  2. Step 2

    From the main menu, select "Music."

  3. Step 3

    Move the joystick up and down to specify your filter type -- "Artist," "Album," "Title," "Genre," etc. Click to select.

  4. Step 4

    Scroll up and down until your song is selected. You should now be listening to your music.

Tips & Warnings
  • Move the joystick left to back up a menu.
  • You can browse all the songs at once by searching the hard disk; however, they will not be sorted.
  • When you shut down the player, reduce the volume. When you next click a song, it will play at the last volume setting.
