A Podcast Alley badge is a banner that you place on your blog or Web site to show support for your online directory of podcasts. Podcast Alley badges are usually found as lines of simple HTML code that you copy and paste into your site. Here is how to place a Podcast Alley badge on your TypePad blog page.

Instructions

1. Use a search engine such as Google, Yahoo! or MSN.
   
   

2. Type key words into the text field provided, separately or as a combination (for example: Podcasts, Podcast Alley badges, TypePad Blog).

3. Once the search engine has finished displaying its results, start your search by clicking on the links provided.

4. Once you have found the Web site that best suits your needs, look for a link that will direct you to Podcast Alley badges.

5. Once there, you should find HTML codes that you can copy.
   
   

6. Copy the code. This is achieved either by clicking on the code or holding down the left mouse button and scrolling over the code.

7. Go to your TypePad blog and paste the code in the appropriate field by clicking the right button on your mouse, scrolling down to paste in the command box and clicking on it with the left mouse button.
