How to Add a Podcast Alley Badge to a Blogger Blog

A Podcast Alley badge is a banner that you put on your Blogger blog or Web page to show support for your online directory of podcasts. Podcast Alley badges are usually found as simple HTML codes that you copy and paste into your site.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Use a search engine such as Google, Yahoo! or MSN.

  2. Step 2

    Type key words into the text field provided, separately or as a combination (Example: Podcasts, Podcast Alley badges, Blogger blog. )

  3. Step 3

    Once the search engine has finished displaying its results, start your search by clicking on the links provided.

  4. Step 4

    Once you have found the Web site that best suits your needs, look for a link that will direct you to Podcast Alley badges.

  5. Step 5

    Once there, you should find HTML codes that you can copy.

  6. Step 6

    Copy the code. This is achieved either by clicking on the code or holding down the left mouse button and scrolling over the code.

  7. Step 7

    Go to your Blogger blog and paste it in the appropriate field. Paste the code simply by clicking the right button on your mouse, scrolling down to "Paste" in the command box and clicking on it with the left mouse button.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you don't already have a Blogger blog, create one first.
  • Make your search simple. If you are being redirected to third-party Web sites, search another site.
  • Do not give out personal information unless it is required.
  • Make sure you are on a secure connection when giving out personal information.
  • Do not agree to any subscriptions from Web sites unless you trust the site. These can be forms of adware, malware or spyware.
  • Read all applicable user and license agreements.
