  • Computer with Internet connection
  • MySpace account
  1. Step 1

    Add a song from a MySpace band to your profile. Visit MySpace Music, find a song you want to add and click the "Add" button where the artists have given their permissions to have the track shared.

  2. Step 2

    Add links that you enjoy to your site.

  3. Step 3

    Add polls and quizzes that you've made up or that you've enjoyed taking.

  4. Step 4

    Add video content or a podcast.

  5. Step 5

    Add a guestbook or a tagboard to get your viewers talking.

  6. Step 6

    Use your MySpace blog regularly and make sure that the Comments option is enabled to encourage interaction from your viewers.

  7. Step 7

    Interact with other MySpace users to build a network of friends on your page.
