Things You’ll Need:

  • Be prepared to go it alone, because no matter the experience you may have, the employers want a newer dog to teach the tricks that they want the dog to do.
Step1
Arrive at the realization that you'd fighting an up hill battle trying to stay on at a company or try to get into a company, if you are grey.
Step2
Make the decision to either try to continue to color your hair and not give them a reason to look for your date of birth on your employment records or start your own company.
Step3
Research what lines of business you are best suited for from your experience.
Step4
Make the final decision that you won't put up with this ongoing grey discrimination any longer, so after you set up your new company, you pull the plug on them.
