Sync Your Philips GoGear Jukebox With Windows Media Player

Syncing your Philips GoGear Jukebox with Windows Media Player will keep your device updated with your preferred files. You can perform this task with relative ease and begin enjoying your own jukebox.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

If you would like your computer to sync with your Jukebox every time you connect the two devices, launch Windows Media Player on your computer.

  2. Step 2

Plug the Jukebox into the computer using the USB cable that came with the Jukebox.

  3. Step 3

Go to the Sync tab and click either Sync settings or Setup Sync.

  4. Step 4

You will now see the Synchronisation settings dialog box. Check the Synchronise Device Automatically box.

  5. Step 5

Indicate which playlists you want to synchronise by clicking on the check boxes.

  6. Step 6

    Choose OK.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you would prefer, you can set up manual synchronisation.
  • Be aware that if you use two computers (such as at work and at home), your device will sync every time you connect the device and the computer. So, if you add a song at home that you do not have on your computer at work, the Jukebox will erase the song you just added when you connect to your computer at work.
