How to Delete Contents from Your iRiver Clix MP3 Player

Now that you have your music stored on your MP3 player, you must make room for new stuff. Follow these steps to delete contents from your iRiver Clix MP3 player.

Things You'll Need

• iRiver Clix MP3 player
• Computer

Instructions

1. Turn on your computer. Log on and pull up Windows Media Player.

2. Power on your MP3 player and connect it to the computer according to the instructions that came with your player.

3. Locate the "iRiver Clix" icon in the Windows Media Player window. Double-clicking it will open the library.

4. Find the music you want to delete in the navigation window. Right-click the icon and choose "Delete" from the menu.

5. Use the Browsing function to find other items you want deleted. When you find them, repeat Step 4.

Tips & Warnings

• If you do not have the owner's manual, you either can download a copy from the manufacturer's Web site or call the customer service number.

• If you mistakenly delete an item, you can restore it from the Windows Media Player.

• You cannot view your content or icon for the MP3 player from the Windows Media Player if you are improperly connected. Reconnect and try again if you encounter any problems.
