Using these steps, you will be able to beam an Excel document to someone on an HP iPAQ quickly and easily.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • HP iPAQ

Step1
Turn on your HP iPAQ. To do this, press and hold the “Power” button. Make sure your battery is charged properly to avoid interruption when beaming.
Step2
Turn on Bluetooth. When on the “Today” screen, click the “Bluetooth” icon. A popup menu will appear and give you the option to select “Bluetooth Settings.” Choose “Bluetooth Settings” and click “Turn Bluetooth On.” The “Bluetooth” icon will turn blue when turned on successfully.
Step3
Find the Excel document you want to beam. Browse through the Excel files until you have found the one you need. Click on and hold the name of the Excel file you want to send. This will bring up a menu from which you will choose “Beam File.”
