Identify your email service provider. This information is most likely found after the @ symbol in your email address.

Collect some information from your service provider. This information includes your email address, username, password, incoming mail server, outgoing mail server, port number for incoming or outgoing server, SSL or secure connection for incoming/outgoing server, and authentication for incoming/outgoing server.

Select the "Applications" option on your phone's menu. Then select "Email" and open the VersaMail application.

Since this is the first account you have set up, you will see the initial setup option. Select "Continue."

Select "New," then give the account a name. Select your email service provider and select POP3 as your protocol, then hit "Next."
