How to Programmed Play on the Durabrand CD-566 Programmable CD Player

Programmed play mode on the Durabrand CD-566 Programmable CD Player will allow you to select and play up to 20 tracks in any order you prefer. To program the tracks on the programmed play, follow these steps.

Things You’ll Need:

  • Batteries (if needed)
  • CD
  • Power supply (electricity)
  • Duraband CD-566 Programmable CD player
Step1
Press the "Program" button to select the tracks of your choice. “Prog” and “00” will flash on the display. You can select 20 tracks of your choice and play any track in your desired format. For example, you can select track number 8 to play first, track number 5 to play second, track number 11 to play at number 3 and so on.
Step2
Press he "Skip" button to select the song of your choice. For example, to select the track number 6, press the "Skip" button until “Prog” and “06” appears on the display.
Step3
Press the "Program" button to confirm the track. It will select the track number 06 first. The screen will display “06” and “01.” The “06” on the display shows the track number of your choice, whereas “01” shows the sequential order stating that track number “06” is been selected as the first track.
Step4
Follow steps 2 and 3 to select all the tracks of your choices until you finish. You can play up to 20 songs in the programmed play mode.
Step5
Press the "Play" button to begin programmed play. "Prog" will flash on the screen once you press the "Play" button. The player will stop playing once all the programmed tracks are played.
Step6
Press the "Stop" button once for quitting the programmed play. To restart the normal play, press the "Play/Pause" button.

Tips & Warnings

  • Refer to the user manual and understand the working of the CD player as well as to learn more about how the programmed play mode operates
  • When the power is off or the CD door is open, your programmed memory will be lost.
  • Programmed memory will be lost when the batteries are exhausted or removed. Memory will be lost even when the AC adapter is disconnected.
