How to Synchronize an HP iPAQ with a Computer
Pocket PCs make it convenient for the person who needs to take data everywhere with them. The HP iPAQ is a brand of pocket PC that does exactly that. A person can take their HP iPAQ with them throughout the day and then come home and transfer all the date they've accumulated onto their home computer. Tips & Warnings
Synchronizing is useful for working on either device and keeping the information consistent between them. It saves time and trouble.
With advanced hardware and software, you can synchronize your HP iPAQ with your home computer remotely, meaning the two devices do not need to be in the same vicinity in order for them to be synchronized.
Be certain that your USB or sync cords are plugged in properly. Otherwise, you will get an error message when you try to attempt synchronization.
Check to make sure there is enough memory on both devices. You could lose data if there is not sufficient memory available.
