How to Diagnose Why a Dell Axim Keeps Crashing

1. Turn your Dell Axim on with the "Power" button.
2. Use a memory card or a backup program to store your programs, applications and files (see Related eHows). Don't skip this step or you will lose vital information stored on your device.
3. Do a "hard reset" on your Dell Axim by pressing the tiny button on the side gently with your stylus while holding down the "Power" button. This will wipe out all data other than the programs that came installed on your device.
