Step 1
Use Microsoft Outlook Express to make a vCard that will serve as your business card. Open up Microsoft Outlook Express.

Create a vCard. Under the "Tools" menu, select "Address Book." Click on “New” and then “New Contact.” Enter the information you want to include on your business card.

Set up your vCard to attach to e-mail. Go to “Tools," and then “Options.” Under the “Compose” tab, check the box next to “Mail:” in the “Business Card” section. From the drop-down menu, select your name.

E-mail your vCard. Now you can insert your vCard into e-mails as an attachment. Send it to your Dell Axim or anyone else.

Press the right-hand button on your Dell Axim. This will connect you to the Internet and enable Bluetooth.

Open the Bluetooth manager. Tap the "Bluetooth" icon and select “Bluetooth Manager.”

Tap “Tools” and then “Business Card Exchange.”

Click “Select the business card" and choose the vCard you just created. E-mail it to yourself, if you like.

Select "Sending Options," and then choose "Exchange Options." You can exchange, send or receive. Select one to go to the next screen.

Select "Recipients." The Bluetooth browser will open. Select the devices that you want to send to and tap “OK.”
