take fruits for breakfast
Step2
have your lunch at 12 midday to 1:00pm
Step3
have dinner between 6 and 7:00pm.
Step4
and if you have to be awake, say, three hours after dinner, you may have the urge to eat something. ignore that urge.

Tips & Warnings

  • Take your mind away from food by reading something;a novel, maagazine, something interesting. If that doesn't work out, take fruits. NOT EVEN TEA, it has to be fruits.
