Step 1
Fire up the Google search engine and enter "free tagboard" in the search box. Use Google, since Google supports Blogger.

You'll see a variety of choices. Select a link and open it in a new window.

Go back to the search window and do the same for several more links.

Compare the available tagboards. Make notes about the features and check that the tagboard is compatible with your Blogger format.

Choose the tagboard you want for your blog.

Set up a tagboard account and get the code you need to add the tagboard to your Blogger blog.
