How to Add a Page Title to a Web Page Using Yahoo PageBuilder

Once you have decided to create a Web page, the first step is to think of a great title for it. When you begin to build the site, you want to insert the title as soon as you have picked a background for your page and decided on a layout. Follow these steps to add a page title to a Web page using Yahoo PageBuilder.

1. Launch Yahoo PageBuilder. Make sure you have signed in with your Yahoo ID.

2. Open your existing page. The page should have a background already, but is not necessary at this point.

3. Decide on what your title will say. Also, choose where the title should be located.

4. Click on the "Text" icon at the top of the screen. Once the text box has popped up, move it to where your title will be on the screen.

5. Adjust the text box for size, select a font, color, and size for your text. Then, type the text in the box.

6. Make any needed adjustments to the text. Save the page once you are done with this.

• The title is usually in a bigger font than the text on the site.
• The color and font of the text should match the background and content of the site.
• Don't type in a really long title as it confuses people. Rather, break the title into subtitles.
