Want to know where your old posts are stored so you can direct people to them (or just link to an old post)? Here's how to do it

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

  • Internet connection
  • Computer
Step1
Log in to your Blogger account and go to your dashboard.
Step2
Select "Settings" and then select "Archiving." Set your archiving frequency (monthly, weekly or daily). Be sure that "Enable Post Pages" is set to "Yes." Save your settings.
Step3
Select "Template" and make sure your template includes links to archived posts.
Step4
Click on "View Blog" and look at your archive links. Each grouping should have a link to its own page.
Step5
Make note of the URL of the post page, which will be the Web address for the Blogger archive. You can use this address to create a link to the entry from another source.

Tips & Warnings

  • Web addresses for archived posts will end in archive.html. Archive URLs will typically take this form: yourname.blogspot.com/title_archive.html. Your name will be replaced with your Blogger name and your title will replace the archive heading with either the individual post name, the dates of the archive week or the name of the month of the archive.
